An occupant list is the best way to reach all mailable addresses as per the US Post Office data base within any given geography. There is no guarantee on delivery since we do not know how many addresses may be vacant. The US Post Office will recognize the CASS Certification that comes with an occupant list for 90 days from the date of purchase. After that 90 day period postage rates may increase due to the CASS Certification no longer being valid.

A standard occupant list is delivered in walk sequence order and addressed to “Resident” on residential addresses and “Manager” on business addresses. These fields can be changed to anything you like such as “To Our Neighbors At” if requested at the time of ordering. Names where available are available for an additional charge. See below.

All occupant lists are delivered in a comma delimited format and will not be altered in any way. It is highly recommended that mail house services are utilized when using an occupant list since it will both increase deliverability and save money on postage.
